ABOUT US
Annaremyka Food Corporation is a Filipino owned food enterprise which was incorporated July 17, 1990. It was first established by Emmanuel N. Ramos under single proprietorship on August 16,1976. Its original location was at 2661 Taft Avenue Malate Metro Manila which is a 2000 sq. Meter family owned property. The initial and sole activity then was limited to the operation of a restaurant called Pauli Inihaw which offered a wide variety of authentic Filipino dishes.
However, due to the Light Rail Transit (LRT) construction during the 1980's, the restaurant was closed thereby seeking nearby locations where it could continue on its operations such as Makati and Mandaluyong. To maximize the existing 2000 sq. meter lot where its restaurant was originally located, its owner was prompted to use the place as a centralized kitchen and engage in the direct selling and delivery of meal boxes popularly known as "packed lunch." It was not long before Pauli was preparing over 1800 packed lunches a day, catering mostly to offices in Makati and Pasig.
It was through the selling of quality packed lunch boxes that Pauli won the interest of building and company owners to award canteen concessions to Pauli . By the year 1990 it was operating five (5) canteens simultaneously at different locations namely: Citytrust Banking & Trust Company - Main Office Gil Puyat Ave., Makati; National Investment Development. Corp. (NIDC) - Buendia, Makati; Citytrust Banking & Trust Company - Esguerra Building Amorsolo, Makati; Sampaguita Garments Export (24 hours) - Calookan City; ST. James Square - Escolta, Manila; Camp Aguinaldo Canteen - Intelligence Service Department Quezon City; Strata Office Condominium 100 - Emerald Avenue, Pasig.
At present, Annaremyka Food Corporation has continuously grown and developed its cuisine and services. Its operations involve canteen concession, institutionalized catering (ranging from sit-down to buffet), restaurant and direct selling of meal boxes. In addition, it has participated in several nationwide events such as the January World Youth day, Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) etc where it was able to deliver quality and reasonable priced food items.
